And so you're missing out on this brand recognition. And then this brand building that is so crucial when you do advertising online. The second biggest problem with old school roofers is that you still utilize a lot of offline marketing methods. So TV and radio commercials print such as direct mail campaigns and even call centers and door knocking. Right. And I don't know about you but I don't like being cold called and I definitely don't like being door knocked and TV and radio commercials are very expensive. But really the biggest problem with offline marketing methods is that you cannot track anything. You have no idea of what your cost per lead is or what your cost per acquisition of a new customer is. And you can't pinpoint where the leads are coming from. So did this lead come from the TV commercial or from the radio commercial or did it come from the direct mail campaign.
And since you cannot pinpoint those metrics, it's impossible for you to know how to scale things, what levers to pull if you want to scale things to that next level.
