Hey guys, Max Perzon here. But for today's video I want to teach you and explain to you how you can get more exclusive high quality leads for your business, how to increase your conversion rates so that so that the sales process is easy and fun and how you can build your brand in your area so that people and homeowners in your area recognizes you, they know who you are and they want to do business with you and they are happy when you're calling them to set an appointment.
If that sounds too good to be true, I'm going to break it down step by step, exactly how you can do that, but before I will be able to actually break it down. We need to agree upon one thing and that is this this month. We need to agree upon that. This is the new TV. This is the new radio, this is the new magazine. This is the new news source. I'm sure that you agree upon that. You know that thing. The T right there, that's old. Not a lot of people are watching this as much as they are watching this and if you don't believe me just walk out the street and count how many people you see watching down in this. Then even people who are driving or watching in distance, everyone, this is like a new body part. People are so connected and connected and attached to this thing.
It's not even funny. Everyone is watching in the imbuing this thing and doing everything on business. So hopefully we can agree upon that because this entire video is built upon that truth that everyone is using this thing pretty much 24, seven. So if we agree upon that, why in the hell would you do advertising on the TV or on the radio or send out flyers or why would you spend time doing lead generation, lead generation sites, why aren't you advertising on this? That's what you need to do. So if we agree upon that, it all comes down to how do you do it. And in the world of advertising, we have like two different teams. We have direct response advertising and we have branding. And up until very recently, you were either a direct response guy or you were a branding. And that's, you know, direct response is when you can track everything.
You know, you know exactly how much paper lead, you know exactly how much you pay per customer. You can track down to the dollar. Um, and you do that by creating ads that are normally has an image. It has an headline. And the long body copy and at the end you have a call to action where you want the prospect to take an a specific actions. For example, click on this ad to get your free estimate or free roof inspection or something like that, right? That's a direct response ad and you connect that to this to assist them as well so that you can track everything. That's direct response. Lot of people love direct response. I love direct response as well. The other side of the coin is the branding and the branding is as you know, you know it's this big beautiful images or TV commercials, you know that doesn't really say anything.
It's just an an emotional video where people like jumped into the ocean and there's some nice music and there's just a logo there like Motorolo or something like that and you just use that for branding purposes and branding is super, super powerful because what branding is when you break it down is that you want to control the perception of your company. What do people think of your company? You want to control that and you want to control what people think of you and how they feel about you and your business. So when you do branding, you take control of the perception of what other people think of you, that we know what branding is. And up until this point, you were either a branding guy apprehending its best or you were a direct response guy. Hey the branding sucks. You know, you only do direct response.
But what you can do now when people are watching this thing is that you can mix the two or you can do both. So that is a thing that not a lot of people are doing online today because they have don't have that understanding. But the reason why we want to do branding and why we want to do direct response and mix them too is because when we run direct response ads and when we tell people to, Hey opt in here for free estimates. And they do that, when you call them to set an appointment, we want to have a branding campaign running simultaneously where we share, you know, videos is the best. And we don't have to share that on the, on the TV anymore. We can actually do. And on social media, you know, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and so forth. And yes, it's a lie.
It's a lie that only young people are using social media. My parents are usually utilizing social media. My grandmother is even utilizing social media daily. So if you want watch the date and statistics as well. All age groups are on this thing now on social media, interacting with, interacting with friends and family. So this is truly the new team. Um, so you can reach all age groups on, on this thing. So what do you want to do? You want to have a direct response advertising campaign where you request where people can request a free estimate, but then you want to mix that with a branding campaign as well. So when people are receiving that call from you or your sales reps, they have already seen your brand in content online where they understand your business, they've seen people within your business, they have listened to some nice music and seen some nice images about your work, about your testimonials.
So now when you call them for the first time it they feel like they already know you and this is a game changer. So you want to mix direct response with branding. Anyone do that on these things, but so how do you actually get more leads and how do you actually increase the conversion rates and how do you actually build your brand? Well, you need to have high quality traffic from a traffic source, right? Then you need to be able to convert that traffic into a client and then you need to be able to build the brand on those social media. So where did we get the traffic from? Where are you going to utilize Facebook? Are you going to utilize Google or you're going to utilize, um, YouTube? What are you going to utilize? Well, the best options specifically for the roofing and solar industry right now is Facebook.
Why? Well, because everyone is doing Google, everyone is doing SEO, everyone is doing pay per click. And because since it's so popular, it's very expensive. You know the cost per click and the cost per lead right now in Google, specifically for the roofing and solar industry is insanely high. So why do you want to do Google when everyone else is doing it? It's just going to be competitive, hard to get results and expensive. That's why we utilize Facebook. Then you need a system like to actually convert that traffic. So what happens when someone clicks on your ad to request a free estimate? What do you do then? Do you like get the lead into an email inbox or how do you do that? So you need the traffic, then you need the system. So you need an online sales system that handles the traffic. So you need to save them into a CRM system and then you need to set up the system so that you can send it out.
You can automate the system, right? So when someone requests the free estimate, you can send out the Eva information to your sales reps immediately so that they can call the homeowner. You can also send out a text message and an email confirmation to the homeowner. So if we take it from there, you know, their experience, they see rad, Hey, I can get a free estimate here. They put in their information, they click request [inaudible] and immediately they get a confirmation text into their phone stating, Hey Joe, we just received a request where we estimate our sales reps will reach out to you as soon as possible. So they Oh, nice. And then within a couple of minutes your sales rep is calling them and uh, you know, they, they, uh, qualify them and hopefully set an appointment. And when this calls takes place, when the homeowner who receives this call, this initial call from your business trying to set an appointment, you think it makes a difference if the homeowner feels like they know your brand, if they've seen some testimonial videos from your current past customers, if they've seen that, how your business works, if they've seen some spaces from within your company, do you think it makes a difference difference to, to increase the conversion rate of those calls?
Do you think it's easier for your sales reps to set an appointment if the homeowner already feels like they know you? Obviously yes, of course it does. Of course it does. You know, if I receive a call from a company and I trust that company and I feel like I know that company, you know, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm not going to have the guard up because that's what we do. You know, when a sales rep is trying to sell us something, we're always have the guard up. But if we know the person, it's like, Hey, I'm so happy that you call me. Yeah, I'm looking forward to this call. So that's what you want to do. That's why we do branding. So your sales reps calls a person and then we can automate the followup process as well. If they don't convert, we can follow up with them once a week or something like that, or two times per month.
And then finally, what picks in is the branding. So how do we distribute the brand? Well, we can show videos on Facebook with jump videos on Instagram. We can have videos on YouTube and we can also show display banner ads across the entire web. So that's really like the, the process and the system that you need for your business in this online environment, you need the traffic and the the system and you need the brand building system. That's the three things that you need. And it might sound complicated and hard and difficult, but really it's not because this online world, the cool thing since we're utilizing computers is that we can automate the entire process. So it's pretty much a plug and play system that you set up once you learn how to run it like any other machine and you check on it once a day and then you just start to run it and then you're building your brand, you're getting new leads and you're closing saves pretty much on autopilot and a, yeah, it's pretty crazy and it's so much fun, especially now when not a lot of other of your competitors are doing it.
Because if you move over to Facebook right now and do everything that I've talked about in this video, you will have a huge competitive advantage over your competition. It's not even fun. You will run laps around the competition. You know, one of our customers, they went from low seven figures, eight figures in less than three months. And that's insane. And we have the video testimonials from them when they talk about, um, you know, our customers have reduced their lead costs with over 75 and 85% within the first month or two. Uh, and you know, they, the commercial rates have exploded because now they're actually doing the branding and advertising at the same time, which just skyrockets that conversion rate. It's just, yeah, it's, it's crazy. And sure, if you're a bigger roofing company and you have a lot of money to spend on advertising, you can still do the TV or you can still do the radio and the direct mail campaigns and so forth.
But it's going to cost you a lot of money. It's going to cause you a ton of money. You cannot track it. If you utilize this thing. The beauty, the most beautiful part, but online advertising is that it's very easy to track because it's just computers doing the calculations for you. You can just have a dashboard in front of you every morning just reporting the numbers to you. You don't have to have in direct mail campaigns where you're trying to figure out and have a bunch of spreadsheets or anything like that. You can just have a dashboard in front of you. Hey, I spent this amount of money yesterday, we get this many leads. We did this many sales and our ROI for yesterday was this, you will no doubt or the dollar every single day what your return on investment is and you will see exactly how your marketing efforts are performing.
And you can also see how rebrand efforts are performing, your conversion rates and all of that. And this is how you take control of your advertising from moving this whole business and just take it to that next level. So hopefully this video wasn't too confusing. I just love to talk about this stuff and just share as much information as I want. But in summary, you know, you need to learn how to do direct response advertising on this thing. Do you need to mix it with branding and demo with? Because when you do that and when you figure that out, your business would just sky rocket and you will have a huge competitive advantage over your competition. Escaped Legion sites, you know, home advisor, escaped TV on radio, escaped Google escape, door knocking, escape call centers, escaped all of that. Move over to Facebook, do direct response and do branding.
Hook up an online sales system for your business. Hook it up once, learn how to run it, and then just leave it there and just get more leads. Get more sales and just get, they get an awesome reputation for your business by doing branding online the right way.
