Here are five advertising hacks for roofing and solar contractors.
Hey guys, Max Perzon here. And if you've never seen me before, I help both roofing and solar contractors to get more leads, more customers, and ultimately help them to scale their business to that next level. But utilizing social media, Facebook advertising together with our form line sales system. And if you want to know more about that, you can head over to our website leads, roofing.com for free training, video testimonials, and a bunch of cool stuff. If you're watching this on YouTube, make sure to like subscribe and leave a comment down below. But for today's video, I'm going to talk about five advertising tax or five programs that you can start utilizing today for your roofing, a solar business that will help you to advertise more efficiently, easy, eat more easily, and build your brand online as well. So let's dive right into it. So the first hack or the first program that I have for you and the first software that I have for you is agile and agile retargeting.
So agile is an awesome website. They help you with retargeting. And Google display retargeting so that you can show those banner ads across the entire web. So what do you do? You just go to adderall.com. You sign up for this service, it's free to sign up. You create a profile, you get a pixel, you can take this pixel and you can install it into your website. And then what happens is that you build your own audience. So when someone comes to your website, um, it's very, you will, you will save them inside of Adderall and then you can start to follow them around on the web, uh, using, um, retargeting. And those are banner ads. It's an awesome software and you can start out spending like five to $10 per day. If you have less than 10,000 people in your audience, which is probably gonna take you some time, unless you have like high rankings on Google already or if you're currently doing some type of other paid advertising, if you have less than 10,000 people in your audience, you can start off with $5 per day.
Then you can ramp it up to $10 per day. And then you can go, yeah, increase it as you go is not live. But that's my first TV ad world retargeting. The second tip that I have for you is bannersnack. So I think it's bannersnack.com if I'm not mistaken. So what you can do with bannersnack is that you just sign up with their service and then you can design your own banners for Adderall or for the Google display network in a very simple way, I think it's like $200 per year or something like that. You just sign up and they have a bunch of templates that you can use and it's very simple. You just drag and drop. So you can put your own log logo in there, you can utilize your own photos, your own text, you can animate them. So they have like HTML five animations, which, which is awesome.
So bannersnack I highly recommend, uh, make sure that you go for the pricing model where you have this banner generator or whatever, not might be called, I'm not sure. I think it's like $200 per year. And that will make the creation process for you a lot easier. So you can either do it yourself that way with I recommend because for $200 you can make many different variations and update them as you go during the year, during the different seasons. Or you can just go to like fiber.com and ask a designer to to design those ads for you. But then it's going to be like a one time fee of $180 in the ways, so you might as well just pay $200 for a year and then you can create as many variations that you want. The third tip that I have for you, the third hack if you're going to do online advertising and get more leads and customers, is the Google G suite.
Google G suite is an awesome software and I recommend all of my customers to you place Google G suite. And what you can do there is that it's Google's owned platform. You can sign up with them, you can hook it up to your domain name. So if you currently don't have a branded email, a professional business email for example, and email@example.com maybe you're using John at, no johnAnderson@gmail.com which doesn't look that good and you shouldn't have that like a generic email like that. If you're a professional and serious business, you should have a real business email and Google G suite helps you with that. So you can just sign up with the Google G suite. It's like $10 per day and um, or per month, sorry, $10 per month. You get a professional branded email for your domain by, by utilizing Gmail but it's just branded on New York, um, your domain instead, you can also, you get more space on Google drive and all of bunch of other cool things and as you add more employees, they have a very simple admin panel where you can add more people into it.
So it's super awesome. The fourth tip that I have for you is Google tag manager and this is free to use as well. So when you started to advertising online and you start to install pixels, I mentioned the agile pixel earlier. Um, you know, you, you would get some Cody, you will get a pixel that you need to install on your website. If you have a WordPress website for example. Um, and maybe you started doing Facebook advertising. So now you need to start on the Facebook pixel as well. And then you might have an Ana Google analytics pixel and then you might have some other types of pixel. So instead of making that process very time consuming and hard by like contacting a developer and so forth, uh, what you can do is just to sign up with Google tag manager is 100% free and they make the pixel adding process or tag adding process.
Super, super simple. You just sign up, you click a couple of buttons and then you will have your tags and your pixels set up in no time without having to hire any developer to do it for you. So it's also my highly recommend Google tag manager I use for myself for all, all for, for my own business. And for all my customers, websites and businesses as well. So highly recommend book tag man. The fifth and final tip that I have for you is what type of CRM system to use. And if you're starting out now with online marketing, what are, what I highly recommend that you use is active campaign. They are rather cheap, like $200 per a year and they are like one of the most powerful CRM systems in my opinion. They have marketing automation in place. You can automate things, you can streamline things and you can also hook it up to your favorite advertising platform.
So if you're doing Facebook ads, for example, you can hook up active campaign immediately to Facebook. So instead of just getting all of the leads in like a spreadsheet or into your email inbox immediately so that you have to put them into a CRM CRM system manually. What you can do with active campaign is that you can just very simply hook it up to Facebook directly. And then when you generate the lead, the lead gets saved to the CRM system automatically. And then you can kick in your marketing automation. So you can send confirmation emails and texts, send out the leads to your, to the right sales person within your company. You can do the followup process automatically, the nurture process automatically. So active campaign makes that super, super simple and they're cheap and they have great support and awesome, um, very nicely designed and easy to use interface as well.
They make everything just so easy. And it works. I have, I've been using them for years. I haven't had one single error like once. So active campaign are highly recommended to check them out at [inaudible] dot com then I have an extra tip for you. So my extra and my final tip for the day. Uh, yeah. Tip number six, or hack number six is my own website, [inaudible] dot com. So if you haven't checked this out yet, make sure that you do go over to lead through from.com um, where we basically show you, you know, step by step how to do all of these things that are mentioned in today's video. So if you want to know like how do I do like ad words retargeting, exactly for the roofing solar industry or a contractor business, how do I get the best results? We show you step by step, click by click by actually doing screen recording videos.
We'll show you how to use bannersnack step-by-step. How to do Facebook advertising the right way, specifically for the roof and the solar industry. We show you what to write in the ads, what images to use, what videos to use, how to build the campaigns the right way and how do you automate all of these things. So now in 2020 and beyond, you don't have to be like a super techie advertising guy anymore. You just need to know how to set up a system and then tell the computer how to automate it for you. So that's what we show you how to do. So if you're a roofing a solar contractor and you're just tired of, you know, home advisor Legion sites, or you're tired of marketing agencies that cost you a bunch of money, or maybe you're just doing offline marketing, you know, we got to cover, could just go to [inaudible] dot com we show you how to set all of this top modern technology running for your business.
It doesn't cost a bunch of money. Would you show you how to set it up and then how to click play an automated for your business so that it runs 24, seven.
