Okay, we're going live. So let's dive right into it. Hope you're all doing well in those crazy epidemic times, obvious things safe. But for today in today's livestream, I'm going to do a presentation video on how to scale your contractor business in 2020 utilizing social media marketing. You can be a roofing contractor, is solar contractor, painter, any type of exterior remodeling, essentially a siding or gutters or whatever. Now might be a, this will be applicable for you. So this is going to be a presentation like this for today. So let's dive into it. So here is what most contractors do right now, right? It's very popular to do those lead generation websites. You know, if you're a roofing contractor, you probably don't like home advisor and Angie's list or porch. Google is also still very popular. Everyone is doing Google SEO, organic traffic or they are doing some type of Google ads. It's are also very popular to still do a lot of offline marketing methods, right? So TV, radio, billboards, door-knocking, direct mail campaigns, magazines, et cetera. And finally it's also very popular to outsource their work to an agency, which you don't have to do any more. Now with that, we have computers that can work for us and a marketing automation and artificial intelligence and so forth. And a lot of roofers and a lot of contractors don't know how to do their own marketing.
So they hire an agency to do it for them and now they have to spend like three to $4,000 per month if they're hiring a good agency per area. And then on top of that, they need to have an ad spend it off like two and a half to $3,000 at least on top of that. So basically what we email@example.com means that we show contractors exactly how they can set up a system that they own and control themselves so that they don't have to pay those lead generation sites or these marketing agencies a ton of money to do it for them essentially. And we also escape all of this competition right here that I've just talked about that normally generates duplicate leads or expensive leads or you know, if you do a lead gen site, it doesn't, it's not going to be your brand.
Or if you hire an agency, sometimes they don't even do the advertising and the lead generation under your brand. So they have like a third party page or website that they generate the leads from and then they just sell you the nuns and it's, it's impossible for you to guarantee that those leads are exclusive to you and he doesn't pick your brand and you've got, don't, you don't get that longterm effect. You just get a cold lead essentially. You can't really track the results when you do an offline marketing. It's very hard to, you know, if you do some TV on some radio, you do some direct mail campaigns and you have a billboard, it's very hard for you to know where the leads are coming from. Maybe you get a ton of leads but they didn't come from the TV commercial or was it this flyer that we sent down that generated a ton of leads or was it the billboard so you can really attract anything.
You might spend them a ton of money into it, but it's, if you don't, if you can't track anything, you don't, if you don't know where the leads are coming from, it's impossible for you to know like what lever to like really Paul, if you want to scale things. So it's tough to scale things as well. And the biggest problem that most contractors do, the biggest mistake is that they don't do any social media marketing at all. They may be have like a Facebook page, an Instagram page, and the post some organic content on there, but they don't have any marketing campaigns whatsoever. They don't spend any money into social media marketing, which is a huge mistake that I'm going to talk about today. And right now the average American currently spends three hours per day on social media. And then on top of that, they spend like three to four hours just on their phones.
So the average American spends like six hours at least per day on their phone. I would say that's on the low end which is kind of crazy. And that's the average American, that's all age groups as well. And now when we have this epidemic going on, those numbers are probably a lot higher. You know, Netflix, they've kind of, they've reduced their bit rate on their streaming service. I know that YouTube have known that as well, simply because everybody is in quarantine right now. Everybody's at home. So everybody spent a ton of more time and energy into entertaining themselves onto these live stream services, but also onto social media. So people out there probably spent even more than three hours per day right now on social media. So if you're a contractor and you're still in business and you're still trying to keep your contractor business above basically surviving, right?
Or maybe even you want to thrive. So if you're still in business, you haven't close to nothing, you're still wanting to generate leads, you still want to generate appointments, you can do the selling virtually maybe or however you do things. Like if you're not doing social media marketing right now, you're missing out big time. So if you're not doing social media marketing in this current state of the world, yeah, now's a good time to dive into it. And social media marketing is truly the future of advertising. At the end of the day, that's how you saw this video. If you're currently seeing my ads, that's, that's how I found you. I'm doing social media marketing for my own business with paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram and on the Google display network and so forth. Retargeting people. So social media marketing is true that the future of advertising and the competition on social media compared to Google and all these other sources that are just mentioned is pretty much nonexistent.
So this is what successful contractors do. They don't depend upon luck. They don't depend upon, you know, sending our way, waiting for referrals all day. And they don't spend too much time and energy into this offline Bill's old school type of advertising methods. Instead what they do is they, they have an automated and predictable online sales system. So it's automated. It's run by computers essentially. They don't need a ton of people or in house marketing teams to run the system for them. They set up a system that it's automated. So this system runs for itself by something called marketing automation, marketing automation. It's basically, you can imagine it having like an in house marketing team working for your business, but it's all done by a laptop essentially. So this is what they do and they're generating exclusive leads. So no more duplicate leads. They're generating exclusive leads under their own brand and website.
So they are generating leads simultaneously as the brand their business, which is all possible possible on social media. You can generate leads, but you can also share images and videos and do everything under your own logo and under your own brand on a Facebook profile, on their Instagram profile. So you can mix lead generation or direct response advertising with branding, which you haven't been able to do before. You didn't like running on TV and radio and print and then you did like direct response from on print only. Essentially you could do it from other sources, but now it's social media can mix it and you can do it very cost effectively. So you can generate exclusive leads of people who are in market and are looking for your services for between 10 to $20 each. Instead of paying those lead generation websites like $130 or a hundred and sometimes even more for duplicate that's generated under third party platform that doesn't build your brand.
It's a huge difference. And also what they, the successful contractors do is that they escape the competition. So they look at the market. Okay. All of our competitors that are doing TV, radio, direct mail, they're also doing Google, they're doing door knocking. And they have, everybody has the same marketing agency and doing search engine optimization for them and Google ads. Okay, let's escape that. Let's not spend as much time and money into that. Let's move over to social media marketing instead where the competition is a lot lower and they figure out how to do it the right way. And then they have a huge leg up over their competitors is actually a, and they also brand their business utilizing social media. So this is kind of how it works. They can spend money on the top to make money and they can track everything.
So if they, when they run this, when they get the system set up and they start to run it and they know that they know their KPIs or key performance indicators, they can track everything from day to day, not onto the dollars. So they know exactly how much they pay per lead. They know exactly how much the paper appointment, they know what the conversion rate is from day to day, from lead to appointment. They know exactly how many sales they're doing. So what's the conversion rate there? There's no guesswork anymore. All of a sudden as contractors. Okay, so how much do you pay per lead? How much do pay per appointment? What's your commercial rate? They're normal guessing ad they're seeing, I would say it's normally so they have no idea essentially. But with the system you can track everything like everything down to the dollar. So you can track, yeah, as I said, how many sales do you do?
What's your conversion rate there you can track your revenue. So what you rep the revenue that comes in every day, what's the cash collected? You can track the cash collected as well. And finally, the most important metric is that you can track your ROI. How much did we spend yesterday on advertising? How much money did we make, what was the ROI and so forth. So yeah, this is kind of how it works. You spend money, there was an error loading comments. I got an error. So maybe I have a comment that I can see right now. I will look into it in minute. But they spend money mainly into Facebook ads and Facebook owns Instagram. So Facebook and Instagram is kinda, it's one in the same platform. They lead that traffic into conversion lead form. So basically they pitch a homeowner, Hey, you know, get your free estimate, your fee roof inspection, the homeowner clicks on the ad, they can fill out some information, a name, email, phone number and address, scope of the project, et cetera, et cetera. Then they save that information into a CRM system. So basically just the list where you save all of the information and then this CRM system can do ton of things for you. So it sends out the lead information to your sales reps automatically via text or via email or however you want to receive it. Then you just call the lead. Let me change the song here.
So now your sales reps are having no, no. Basically I have an inbound marketing system, no outbound door knocking anymore. You have an inbound marketing system that generates exclusive branded and qualified leads, leads that are in market. You have an automated inbound marketing system and people come to you. You don't have to go out there and push, push, push outbound marketing and trying to door knock and cold call, et cetera. Direct mail. I'm, you have an automated inbound digital marketing system and leads and homeowners come to you. You just receive their information and you call them or your sales reps. And now when you hone this down, you join, you know exactly how much of pay per lead, per call, per appointment, per sale, etc. And then you have a system that you can, you know how much money you need to spend to make X amount.
So now you have a predictable and an on demand system to, to scale the business to where you want to go to. Instead of, you know, I'm right now making $1 million per year, I want to go to five. Okay, how are we going to get there? I'm going to wait for referrals. Okay, referrals are great, but how, how are we gonna get more referrals? Then I'm going to wait for referrals. It doesn't work, right? So you need a predictable system that you know, like, okay, now I know how much money I need to spend to make more money essentially. But the CRM system also handles the entire followup process to the homeowners. So it sends out confirmation message messages and emails and text messages to the homeowner. You know, Hey Jenny, we received your information for your request for a estimate. We will be calling you shorted and dah, dah, dah, dah, dah.
And then you can also do the followup process to the homeowner automatically in that you can do that with a mixed mixture of you know, email that you can automate text message that you can automate. Obviously if you have like an office manager the CRM system can, helps you to do manual follow ups as well. So if you want to have like leave voice messages or actually called homeowner, this CRM system makes it super simple to do that as well. And then finally you can do something called retargeting. And what that means is, and this is also fully automated and it happens automatically, you don't have to do any manual work here. So if somebody see your ad today on Facebook, they will start to see ads from you everywhere, every single day, so that you will kind of follow them around. So they can see LinkedIn ads, they can see Facebook ads every single day.
Instagram ads, YouTube ads, every single day. You can do Google display network ads every single day, those animated banner ads. So basically if they see you once a, you don't want that somewhat interested lead to forget about you. So you retarget them and you show them ads from your business every single day so that you will be a top of mind essentially. Right? so that when they do need your services they will think about you because you've done your branding and your retargeting correctly. And again, this is something that not a lot of people do out there, especially contractors. So when you do this, which is very cost effectively, it doesn't cost a lot to do retargeting, but it's very, very powerful and you will have again have a huge leg up over your competitors that are not doing retargeting. So just a quick introduction about myself.
My name is max Pearson and I help contractors. Mainly I started out only helping roofing and solid contractors, but now we help a couple of different contractors where painters and and some of each bag, et cetera, et cetera. We help them to get more leads, more appointments, more customers and we ultimately helped them to scale their business to that next level by utilizing this system that I've just shown you and we helped them to some generate leads for between 10 to $20. On demand. Essentially as I've just talked about, I started out doing it for contractors as a done for you service. Now I teach contractors, you know, here's how we set the system up. Here's how automated they join our course to go through a couple of videos. We showed them exactly how to set up the system step by step, click by click, they just follow along and see what I do on the screen.
Then they have all of this setup for their business in house and it's automated by computers. And then I also give them lifetime support after that. So it's pretty cool. It's like having an in house marketing team, but it's run by computers. And then you have your own support guide me that you can talk to if you need any type of help or any type of adjustments along the way. And it's working great for our customers that are getting some great results. So here's P S solar, they from low seven to eight figures within the first 90 days. They'd been utilizing our system over, yeah, one and a half years now.
They went from low seven to eight figures in three months. They had to hire 10 to sales guys just to be able to keep up the demand. They were doing a lot of lead generation websites and I think they were doing some Googling some offline. Then we help them to transition over to social media and they've now expanded territory all over their state. They've scaled their business all over their state. And yes, you see on the image here, they have a pretty nice sales team going on for them now. And they're generating exclusive solar leads under their own brand and website for between 15 to $25 now, month after month after month. And here's another one. Just in Shelton. He's the vice president of Nolan's roofing and they reduced their cost per lead and cost per acquisition with over 75% of moving over to social media marketing. They were previously doing. A lot of Google ads, a lot of SEO, a lot of team or radio commercials. What else? I think we're doing some print as well, like billboards and magazines and so forth and a lot of home advisor as well. Yeah, written in here. They've been utilizing our system now for the past two and a half years. They are a top 100 roofing contractor over the past five years in a row. And now they are only, I would say mainly here actually because there's still, there's such a big company they're still doing like SEO is a longterm strategy. They're still in their lab ranking on social, on SEO.
So why not continued with it? Let me see. Mainecare, but they, they started out with a smaller budget on Facebook ads and they, over the past two and half years, they've just scaled their budget with the Facebook advertising and social media a lot because it's generating exclusively each under their own brand and they're killing it right now on social media and Facebook advertising. And in 2016, they made $14 million in total revenue. They were spending like 50 grand a month into advertising back then $50,000 per month. They made $14 million. Last year they made $27 million in total revenue according to roofing contractor.com. And they're spending less than half than that, less than half the month, less than $20,000 per month right now into social media and Facebook advertising. And they're getting more results. They're obviously growing and they're doing great. I'm not seeing that social media, Facebook advertising is the only reason by undergrowth.
Obviously not. There's some pretty savvy business people, all of them in dominance, roofing. But I'm seeing Facebook and social media are working really, really good for them and they're generating 10 to $15 exclusive roofing leads right now. And they're also doing branding or social media in a very creative way. Don't give away some, a ton of cool stuff on social media. And he will have a video testimonial from Justin as well that you can check out on our website if you want to. And the final example that I want to talk about is Edward Rowlins. He joined our course just before Christmas. He went through the program, it took him like four weeks and he is the business owner and founder. So he ran his business. I maintain things just going through our course. It took him like, yeah, four weeks to go through the program.
And within the first two weeks of starting or within the first three weeks of starting actually advertising on Facebook, he started to generate leads for less than $20. He also booked 20% of them into appointments. And he also close to sales within the first three weeks, which resulted in over $24,000 in revenue. And now he's doing exactly what we teach for his roofing services, but also for his sighting services. And he's doing awesome. And those 20% two booked appointments, I would say that's going to increase over time. We normally see like between 25 to 40% conversion rate on cold leads, these are not referrals, right? You might have a lot higher than that if you get referrals. But when you generate cold lead, a person that have never heard about your business before, 25 to 40% is really, really good. And if you're generating leads for less than $20, you can get a lot more leads as well as some of those leads that don't convert initially right away over time. They will if you retarget them and brand them the right way. And I did an interview right here with Edward as well that you can check out on our website. And here we have some more examples from other companies than me utilizing our system. So before I continue, I just want to check, Oh, let me skip that. So let's continue. I can, I can see the commentary today for some reason. So if there's antibody leaving a comment, I will reply to that after the screen, unfortunately.
So here are the two things that you need. Essentially if you want to scale your roofing or solar or your general contractor business in terms of marketing, right? So the first thing you need is high quality converting and targeted traffic. So you need actual eyeballs, right? You have a service that you sell or a product most likely a service. If you're a contract rate you have a service that you want to sell. There's a need for it in the market. Okay. How do you sell it? Well, you get a lot of buyers, potential buyers to know about your business and to know about your service and I call that traffic. You can get traffic a ton of different ways. You can do SEO, you can do Google ads, you can do direct mail campaigns, you can do door knocking that also that's also cold or that's also traffic and it's like outbound traffic rate.
You're going out there trying to hustle your way to get leads on jobs and so forth. You have to put in work outbound cold calling as well, and you can get traffic a ton of different ways. You can do social media as well. Facebook ads and Instagram or whatever you decide to do. So you need traffic, you need high quality traffic. They also need converting traffic, right? You don't want people looking for books to come to your business. You want people looking for a roof replacement commentary, roofing business, and they are in need of that service now and they're willing to pay for it. So that's a high quality converting and targeted traffic. That's the first thing that you need. Then you need a proven and automated online sales system that will turn that traffic into new leads and customers that keep coming back. So if you do this correctly, you get high quality converting and targeted traffic.
You have an inbound marketing system working for you so you don't have to go out there and do ton of manual stuff. You do digital marketing, so you have an inbound way of getting leads and getting traffic, basically automated, an inbound system that generate leads, generate traffic for you. And then you have some type of system set up where business, something like this that will turn that traffic into new leads and customers that keep coming back. And they do that in an automated way. So now you automate the lead generation process and you're also automating the first step in the selling process. You qualify them, you get all this information, you know that they were looking for your services, then you call them and qualify them some more. You set up an appointment and then you do her thing and get the job and get the, get the revenue and get more customers because it really comes down to this.
If you can't pay money to acquire new roofing, a solar customer or contractor customer, then you do not have a business. So if you're just what still, if you're just sitting around all day in your business waiting for referrals, then you don't really have a business. That's something. This is something that I had learned from one of my own mentors that you know, you need to be able to spend money to make money. You need to know all your numbers down to the dollar and you need to be able to track everything because if you can, if you know your numbers and you can track everything, then you can just spend money to make more money
Because the players out there with eight finger profits have a proven, an automated online sales system for generating new leads and customers and they know these two numbers down to the dollar so they know exactly how much they pay to generate the lead and they know exactly how much they paid to generate a new customer. I, if you're a contractor out there right now and you think this might look too basic, maybe you think that, Oh, I am not doing this, but everyone else is doing this, so why is this such a big deal? I can tell you pretty much no one out there in the contractor industry track these numbers. Even the big companies that I've talked to, it's all a big mess. Most people do like TV and radio and direct mail campaigns as on billboards and they do some Google ads and a ton of different things.
Maybe some lead generation websites and then I ask them, okay, so what are you doing in terms of advertising? The 10 mile things, all these things. And then I ask them, okay, how many leads are you generating? A. Okay, what do you mean? Like from what source? Yeah, just in total. How many leads do you generate? I would say approximately. Let me, I have to check. They have no idea. Then I ask them how much. Okay, so how much do you pay per lead? Okay, what source do you mean? Yeah, all sources. How much do you pay per lead? And they have no idea. So if you can just set up a system for your business, and again, you don't have to utilize like 10 different legionaries of sources. You can figure out one lead Legion, one platform essentially. And then you only do that, figure that out.
And then you figure out how to track, how much do I pay per lead and how much do I pay to acquire a new customer. You get it better and better and better and then you just scale it. If you just can track these two numbers, you're going to have a huge leg up over your competitors. Huge. Most people have no idea how to track this, which is hard if you'd offline, but if you do online with the system, it's very, very easy. It's automated as well. The computers would just tell you and it's quick as well. Some people that are talked to you, I asked them, okay, how much do you spend? Because they're like, Oh, I don't know if I have to have the time to go through an online course and like I don't know if I have the time to go through an online training program and set all of this up and learn how to do it and then I ask them, okay, so how much do you currently spend into advertising? Yeah, we spend like three to four hours per day. It's like, yeah, if you get this, this set up, it might take you two to four weeks to get it set up, but then you have to spend like five minutes per day to keep it running.
Because again, it's an inbound system that it's automated because you must have an automated online sales system that can track these metrics down to the dollar. You basically spend money into a system so that you can track everything. You know exactly how many calls you're going to generate for that. And from that you can even track it some more. You know, what's your conversion rate for called per acquire new appointment, a new ultimately a new customers. And what's your ROI? Then over time, you will know these numbers very, very well. So if you're a two and a half million dollar company, you want to go to 10, well now you have the roadmap to get there. Now you know, Oh, we can start off with a smaller advertising budget and you can scale it. You can start out with $2,000 per month. You can scale to $20,000 a month.
And again, one of these eight figure companies that are talked about, they are spending less than $20,000 per month into Facebook ads utilizing a system like this. And they made close to $30 million last year. Pretty good. So what this system look like? Well, I've already showed you quite extensively how it looks. So it start off with the right traffic, you need to know what platform to use. And again, you don't need utilize all of them. It's better you figure out the one. So that's why we recommend that you spend most of your money into Facebook ads. And then you need the right message. That's also something you need to figure out. So what you're writing the ads, like what's your headline, what's your call to action, how do you actual craft and end that get results? Super important. And then finally, or the next point is you need the right video and that right image. So are you going to utilize images in your ads or in videos in your irons? What works best, what type of videos, what type of images, et cetera. And then finally, you need to be able to identify market in market leads. So people in your area are actually looking for your services. How do you identify those people? On social media and how do you show them ads? It's basically how do you do the targeting
Because the results when you execute this correctly is that you will have a predictable automated inbound online sales system generating exclusive qualified leads and customers for between 10 to $20 every single month.
So this is what you need. If you want to, if you want to crack the code, if you, if you're like, okay, I'm tired of these lean insights. I'm tired of marketing agencies, I'm tired of Google, I'm tired of all this nonsense out there. Okay, I want to give social media try. Okay, this is what you need to figure out. First of all, the message. Okay, sit down and try to write out your ads. What are we going to write in that? What's your headline? What's your body copy text? What's your call to action? What's your overall, what is it that you're trying to sell in that? Do you try to sell the service? Do you try to sell and free roof inspection or free estimate to how do you do that? That's the first thing. The second thing is, okay, now you need to know how to do the targeting.
So how do you create a campaign on Facebook? How do you target homeowners? And more more than that, how do you target homeowners or or in market for your services or do the, how do you do that? How do you build the campaigns on Facebook? How do you even do Facebook advertising? That's the second thing. The third thing is the media. So the images, what images do you use? What videos do you use? How do you create videos? How do you take good images? But more importantly, what type of videos or images do you use? Fourth, you need to build an automated online sales system. So now that you've figured out the first three things, the message, the targeting, you've built the campaigns, you know all of that, you have your images, your videos ready. Now you need to build a system like this. So what happens after you generate a lead?
How do you do that? How do you automate it? How do you set up a CRM system? How do you automate that? How do you send out leads? How do you do the retargeting? How do you do the followup process? What you write in the retargeting, what you write in the followup. That's the fourth thing you need to figure out. The fifth and final thing is that, okay, now you need to learn how to brand your business as well. He needs to know how to mix direct response advertising, lead generation with branding or social media. So these are fine things. So it's, you can think of it as a, as a lock here with five different digits. But if you're going to guess this combination for yourself, there are over 100,000 different combinations to find. Did it log? So I have some people out there when I talk to sometimes and they're pretty tech savvy people and they tell me, okay, Hmm, maybe I can figure this out.
And I'm like, yeah, sure you can. I did it. But it's gonna cost you a ton of money. It's gonna take you a lot of time. I spent a ton of my own money or business money to invest in different courses and learn all of this myself. Then I got clients and I spend their money over years and years to learn even further and refine it. So yeah, sure you can figure it out for yourself, but who knows how long it's going to take, how long, how know how much time and effort and more importantly, how much money is going to cost you two to learn it. All of yourself so there's nobody stopping you. You can do it yourself. You can do it the hard way or you can do it the easy way. At the end of the day, it's a middle hand and they own and control everything and you have to pay them.
So why not just own the system yourself? You don't have to pay mental hand anymore. Now we own and control the system yourself or you just automated by a computer and the computer won't ask you for $4,000 per month. And finally they want to escape offline marketing methods. They're tired of outbound type of market. And now that we can do digital inbound marketing, so they, they want, they don't want to do, they want to hustle. They don't want to hustle anymore. Hours and hours per day on doing door knocking and cold call and getting homeowners are pissed off and just want to stare down their phones all day. They actually want to have, they want to utilize the digital marketing they want to do to utilize the technology that's out there. Why aren't you going to utilize the digital tools out there? And now when we're living in a digital world, it's just, it's just stupid. If you're running a business and you're just ignoring digital marketing because your feelings, you feel like you can't do it. Well at the end of the day it's your business who's gone going to have a hard time. So think, think, always. Think about it very objectively. Do your business needed it? The marketing, yes.
And the final thing, it's perfect for people who want and want to automate their business with AI and marketing automation and start utilizing social media marketing and they understand that social media marketing is the future of advertising. You can just look and do a simple Google search. How much time do people spend on social media each day? It's pretty insane. So who's this for? Well, it's for contractors who are currently in business making sales. Obviously you need a business. It's also for people who know that they're good at what they do and believe that they can dominate their marketplace. And you want to make a high seven figure, even eight figure income. You want to scale. And it's also for people who truly love helping others and the value results above everything else. And the final thing, it's also for people to understand that they need to have some skin in the game.
If you're looking for the cheapest, quickest, you know, pill out there that's gonna make you millions of dollars, you can continue to look okay. I've been looking a lot. They don't exist. Maybe I haven't found it yet though. But you need to understand that if you want to, if you're serious about business and want to scale it, they want to really do it the right way and learn things along the way as well. It's going to take you some time. It's going to take you some effort. It's kind of take you some focus. It's going to take you some discipline and it's gonna take you some money. That's just the way the world works. Who is this not for? Well, it's not for people who want to start or like the idea of having a contractor business. You need a business in place. You need to service to sell.
It's also not for people who make excuses and complain and procrastinate, then this is not going to be a good fit. It's also not for people who are stuck in information, information gathering mode and are not prepared to take action and get results. I see a lot of people out there, they're the feel like they complete stuff by talking and if you want to get things done, you, you essentially, you just have to do things. So, and that, I'm not saying that in a judgemental way. I've been struggling with this for a long time myself, a long time myself. I want to think about stuff. I wanted to figure things out, contemplate things. Mm. Yeah. Maybe, maybe. And then nothing ever happened and it went super, super slow. Then I kind of learn from a guy that I listened quite a lot to that he was like, yeah, you just need to educate yourself of course.
But then over time you're going to know your stuff pretty well and you're going to get a gut feeling about what's, what to do and what not to do. And then you just pulled the trigger and you just do it and then you figure it out along the way. And it helped.
